			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This past weekend, TYB Athletes were busy racing throughout the state of South Carolina.  With the Charleston Half Ironman and the Charleston Sprint Triathlon, there were plenty of racing going on in the LowCountry!</p>
<p><strong>Brian Cheek</strong>:  <a href="http://setupevents.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=event_results&amp;id=3399">TryCharleston Half Ironman</a>:  4:43:01 &#8211; Hitting EVERYTHING on target, Brian had a great swim, right on with his numbers on the bike, and ran a 1:31 to finish in 4:43!</p>
<p><strong>Frankie Valle</strong>:  <a href="http://setupevents.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=event_results&amp;id=3399" target="_blank">TryCharleston Half Ironman</a>:  5:22:43 &#8211; With a great race, and executing the bike to perfection, Frankie ran hard to bring home a 5:22 &#8211; and over 12 minutes faster than 2012!</p>
<p><strong>David Stein</strong>:  <a href="http://setupevents.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=event_results&amp;id=3399" target="_blank">TryCharleston Half Ironman</a>:  5:49:25 &#8211; In his FIRST Half Ironman, David beat his goal of 6 hours by over 10 minutes using a nice and controlled bike with a very strong run to finish 1st Masters Clydesdale!</p>
<p><strong>Scott Brooks</strong>:  <a href="http://setupevents.com/files/TryChas2013SprintMaleAge.html" target="_blank">TryCharleston Sprint Triathlon</a>:  1:07:43 &#8211; Even with going past the turnaround, Scott still used a GREAT race &#8211; and had great splits all around finishing with a 20:06 5K to finish 4th Overall and 1st M40-44.</p>
<p><strong>Gina Brooks</strong>:  <a href="http://setupevents.com/files/TryChas2013SprintFemaleAge.html" target="_blank">TryCharleston Sprint Triathlon</a>:  1:14:53 &#8211; With a great race and all around solid splits, Gina had a great race and finished 2nd F40-44.</p>
<p><strong>Ashlan Williamson</strong>:  <a href="http://setupevents.com/files/TryChas2013SprintFemaleAge.html" target="_blank">TryCharleston Sprint Triathlon</a>:  1:21:03 -  Racing her frist triathlon of 2013, Ashlan had a great race and finished 2nd F30-34.</p>
<p><strong>Reggie Chapman</strong>:  <a href="http://setupevents.com/files/TryChas2013SprintMaleAge.html" target="_blank">TryCharleston Sprint Triathlon</a>:  1:18:26 &#8211; Even with biking A LOT extra, Reggie still had a solid race and a very fast sub 21 run to finish in 1:18.</p>
<p><strong>Kathy Still</strong>:  <a href="http://go-greenevents.com/resultsdetail/id/1206" target="_blank">Greer Earth Day Half Marathon</a>:  2:28:30 &#8211; Using the Half Marathon as a nice, long training run, Kathy had a great day!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This past weekend, athletes from across the state and region kicked the triathlon season off at the 2013 Parris Island Sprint Triathlon.  With a STRONG contingent of TYB Athletes, everyone had a great day on a sunny and windy spring day.  With multiple podium finishes and PRs, TYB Athletes had a great start to the season.  Check out the results below:</p>
<p><strong>Travis Peacock</strong>:  <a href="http://setupevents.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=event_results&amp;id=3335" target="_blank">Parris Island Sprint Triathlon</a>:  57:31 &#8211; Travis has a great race and finishes with a 17:10 Run to finish 1st in the M25-29.</p>
<p><strong>Chip Collins</strong>: <a href="http://setupevents.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=event_results&amp;id=3335" target="_blank"> Parris Island Sprint Triathlon</a>:  59:41 -  After a solid swim and bike, Chip rolls a sub 18:30 run to finish 2nd in the M45-49.</p>
<p><strong>Josh Masterson</strong>: <a href="http://setupevents.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=event_results&amp;id=3335" target="_blank"> Parris Island Sprint Triathlon</a>:  1:00:09 &#8211; Using a very solid bike, and a nice swim and run, Josh had a solid race to kick off the 2013 Season.</p>
<p><strong>Scott Brooks</strong>:  <a href="http://setupevents.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=event_results&amp;id=3335" target="_blank">Parris Island Sprint Triathlon</a>:  1:01:19 -  Using a nice swim, bike, and run all around, Scott raced to a 1 minute PR at Parris Island while finishing 5th in the M40-44.</p>
<p><strong>Reggie Chapman</strong>:  <a href="http://setupevents.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=event_results&amp;id=3335" target="_blank">Parris Island Sprint Triathlon</a>:  1:02:26 &#8211; Just like Scott, Reggie had a great swim, bike, and a finishing 20:01 run to finish 6th in the always deep M40-44.</p>
<p><strong>Wes Funderburk</strong>:  <a href="http://setupevents.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=event_results&amp;id=3335" target="_blank">Parris Island Sprint Triathlon</a>:  1:05:20 -  Just getting started, watch for Wes throughout the season.  With a solid swim and run, and a solid bike, Wes had a great race.</p>
<p><strong>Frankie Valle</strong>:  <a href="http://setupevents.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=event_results&amp;id=3335" target="_blank">Parris Island Sprint Triathlon </a>- 1:05:21 -  Getting ready for the Charleston Half, Frankie had a great race and finished 4th in the M50-54.</p>
<p><strong>Michael Edge</strong>:  <a href="http://setupevents.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=event_results&amp;id=3335" target="_blank">Parris Island Sprint Triathlon </a>- 1:06:45 -  Racing with the Clemson Triathlon Team, Michael had a solid race to finish 3rd in the M20-24.</p>
<p><strong>Dave Parker</strong>:  <a href="http://setupevents.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=event_results&amp;id=3335" target="_blank">Parris Island Sprint Triathlon </a>- 1:07:26 - Really picking up speed as he enters the 2013 Season, Dave had a PR all around to finish in 1:07.</p>
<p><strong>Gina Brooks</strong>:  <a href="http://setupevents.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=event_results&amp;id=3322" target="_blank">Parris Island Sprint Triathlon</a> &#8211; 1:09:43 &#8211; With a solid swim, bike, and run, Gina finished 2nd in the F40-44.</p>
<p><strong>David Stein</strong>:  <a href="http://setupevents.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=event_results&amp;id=3335" target="_blank">Parris Island Sprint Triathlon </a>- 1:10:34 &#8211; Even with a hamstring issue, David had a great race to finish 4th in the Masters Clydesdale Division.</p>
<p><strong>David Lee</strong>:  <a href="http://setupevents.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=event_results&amp;id=3335" target="_blank">Parris Island Sprint Triathlon </a>- 1:18:44 &#8211; Racing in the Masters Clydesdale Division, and having a GREAT rac,e David took more than 7 minutes off of last years time.</p>
<p><strong>Bernie Kreisel</strong>:  <a href="http://setupevents.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=event_results&amp;id=3322" target="_blank">Parris Island Sprint Triathlon </a>- 1:22:04 &#8211; Even with the brake rubbing for the first half of the bike course, Bernie had a great race to finish in 1:22.</p>
<p><strong>Candy Chapman</strong>:  <a href="http://setupevents.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=event_results&amp;id=3322" target="_blank">Parris Island Sprint Triathlon </a>- 1:24:56 &#8211; Racing well, and having a solid swim, bike, and run, Candy finished 2nd in the Novice Female Division.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This past weekend, TYB Athletes raced around the state&#8230;running long.  With half marathons and marathons throughout the state, TYB was well represented throughout the running community this past weekend.  Check out the results below:</p>
<p><strong>Scott Brooks</strong>:  <a href="http://www.setupevents.com/?fuseaction=event_results&amp;id=3301" target="_blank">Swamp Rabbit Half Marathon</a>: 1:38:19 &#8211; After a PR in the 5K just a few weeks agao, Scott kept up his great running and ran another PR at the half marathon distance with a 1:38!</p>
<p><strong>Reggie Chapman</strong>:  <a href="http://www.setupevents.com/?fuseaction=event_results&amp;id=3301" target="_blank">Swamp Rabbit Half Marathon</a>:  1:39:27 -  Like Scott, Reggie set a PR witha  sub 21 in the 5K a few weeks ago.  Keeping with the great running, Reggie went sub 1:40 to set a PR in the Half Marathon distance.</p>
<p><strong>Dave Parker</strong>:  <a href="http://www.setupevents.com/?fuseaction=event_results&amp;id=3301" target="_blank">Swamp Rabbit Half Marathon</a>: 1:47:17 -  Using the race as a nice long weekend training run, Dave cruised to a very nice time and a very nice day with a 1:47.</p>
<p><strong>Lynn Gregory</strong>: <a href="http://www.setupevents.com/?fuseaction=event_results&amp;id=3301" target="_blank"> Swamp Rabbit Half Marathon</a>: 1:51:26 &#8211; Continuing to get fitter and fitter, Lynn rocked a 1:51 to continue the trend of a PR in the Half Marathon Distance!</p>
<p><strong>Russ Madray</strong>:  <a href="http://www.setupevents.com/?fuseaction=event_results&amp;id=3301" target="_blank">Swamp Rabbit Half Marathon</a>:  1:58:30 &#8211; Making his way back this year, Russ had a great race at the Swamp Rabbit Half to finish in sub 2 hours.</p>
<p><strong>Ashlan Williamson</strong>:  <a href="http://www.setupevents.com/?fuseaction=event_results&amp;id=3301" target="_blank">Swamp Rabbit Half Marathon</a>:  1:59:52 &#8211; Continuing to improve each week in the run, Ashlan continues to get faster and it showed going a sub 2 hours at the Swamp Rabbit Half Marathon to set a PR in the Half Marathon Distance.</p>
<p><strong>Barry Burden</strong>:  <a href="http://www.setupevents.com/?fuseaction=event_results&amp;id=3301" target="_blank">Swamp Rabbit Half Marathon</a>: 2:12:58 &#8211; Using his base from his years as an endurance athlete, Barry had a GREAT run to finish sub 2:13 and get himself a PR in the Half Marathon Distance.</p>
<p><strong>Chip Collins</strong>:  <a href="http://playhardeventtiming.com/" target="_blank">Palmetto Bluff Half Marathon</a>:  1:23:51 &#8211; Taking it down to the lowcountry, and just weeks after a 1:27 at the Hilton Head Half Marathon, Chip went sub 1:24 with a solid finishing kick to finish 6th Overall!</p>
<p><strong>Robert Vanderburg</strong>:  <a href="http://setupevents.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=event_results&amp;id=3316" target="_blank">Columbia Marathon</a>:  3:59:15 &#8211; Getting faster every workout, Robert gutted out the last 9 miles of the marathon &#8211; and still finished his goal time of sub 4 hours in his first ever marathon.</p>

<p><strong>Scott Brooks</strong>:  <a href="http://www.precisionrace.com/storage/race-results-files/myrtle-beach-marathon/2013_MB_5K_PostRace_Results_v1.pdf">Myrtle Beach 5K</a>:  19:59 &#8211; Working HARD trying to break the big 20 minute barrier, Scott went sub 20 to finish with a 19:59 and PR in this 5K in February.</p>
<p><strong>Ben Nessmith</strong>: <a href="www.destin50.com"> Destin Ultra 50 Miler </a>-  A LONG way to run!!  That is what Ben did in February!!  Running 50 Miles in One Day on a Beach at the Destin Ultra 50 Miler!  Great job Ben!</p>
<p><strong>Reggie Chapman</strong>:  <a href="http://www.precisionrace.com/storage/race-results-files/myrtle-beach-marathon/2013_MB_5K_PostRace_Results_v1.pdf">Myrtle Beach 5K</a>:  20:54 &#8211; Going fast in Mrytle Beach just like TYB Athlete Scott Brooks, Reggie ran WELL and finished sub 21 for his PR in the 5K!</p>

<p><strong>Jason Williamson:</strong> <a href="http://www.pre-reg.com/Users/RacerMain.aspx?Type=1&amp;EventID=730">Greenville Spring Series Cycling Races</a> - Using the spring series cylcing races to fine tune his cycling prowess, Jason raced in 7 of the 8 races and had multiple top 10 finishes.</p>
<p><strong>Brian Cheek</strong> : <a href="http://www.pre-reg.com/Users/RacerMain.aspx?Type=1&amp;EventID=730">Greenville Spring Series Cycling Races</a> - Just like Jason, Brian used this as a chance to improve on his already strong cycling ability.  Racing in 3 races, Brian also had multiple Top 10 finishes throughout the series.</p>
<p><strong>Stephanie Graham</strong>:  <a href="http://www.precisionrace.com/storage/race-results-files/myrtle-beach-marathon/2013_MB_Half_PostRace_Results_v5.pdf">Myrtle Beach Half Marathon</a>:  1:48:09 &#8211; With a goal to run sub 1:50, Stephanie ran VERY WELL and ran a 1:48!</p>
<p><strong>Frankie Valle:</strong> <a href="http://www.precisionrace.com/storage/race-results-files/myrtle-beach-marathon/2013_MB_Half_PostRace_Results_v5.pdf">Myrtle Beach Half Marathon</a>: 1:39:46 &#8211; Getting ready for the triathlon season, Frankie had a great race at Myrtle Beach fine tuning his long course running skills!</p>
<p><strong>Russ Madray</strong>: <a href="http://www.setupevents.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=event_results&amp;id=3286">Reedy River Run 10K</a>:  53:22 &#8211; Using this race as a solid speed workout and a great way to get ready for the Swamp Rabbit Half Marathon, Russ had a great race on his way to a very solid 10K!</p>
<p><strong>David Stein</strong> &#8211; <a href="http://www.precisionrace.com/storage/race-results-files/myrtle-beach-marathon/2013_MB_Marathon_PostRace_Results_v6.pdf">Myrtle Beach Marathon</a>: 4:06:19 &#8211; Even after sickness set back lots of January&#8217;s training, David still had a great race to finish Myrtle Beach in slightly over the 4 hour mark.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This past weekend several TYB Athletes took to road running races!  With the Kiawah Island Half Marathon, the Cross Your Heart Trail Run 10K, and the Crossfit Challenge in Easley, SC, TYB Athletes were busy racing throughout the state of South Carolina.  Check out the results below:</p>
<p><strong>Lynn Gregory</strong>:  <a href="http://www.rmssports.com/results/12kiawah.txt" target="_blank">Kiawah Island Half Marathon</a>: 1:54:50 &#8211; Having a great end to her 2012 season, Lynn continues to pick it up and break her goal of going sub 1:55 with a great race!</p>
<p><strong>Rob Gregory</strong>:  <a href="http://www.rmssports.com/results/12kiawah.txt" target="_blank">Kiawah Island Half Marathon</a>:  2:00:oo &#8211; After having a goal just weeks before of going sub 2:20, Rob had an outstading race finishing right at the two hour mark &#8211; and sub 2 hours on his watch!</p>
<p><strong>Bernie Kreisel</strong>:  <a href="http://www.rmssports.com/results/12kiawah.txt" target="_blank">Kiawah Island Half Marathon</a>:  2:00:01 &#8211; After coming off of a great race at Miami 70.3 a month and a half ago, Bernie put together a solid race to finish right at the two hour mark.</p>
<p><strong>Brian Cheek</strong>:  <a href="http://www.classicraceservices.com/cross-your-heart-10k-xc-2012-o/" target="_blank">Cross Your Heart Trail Run 10K</a>: 45:01 &#8211; Getting in a very solid run and mixing it up a bit, Brian rolled the Trail Run at 45 minutes to finish 3rd Overall and 1st M35- 39.</p>
<p><strong>Randy Parks</strong>:  <a href="http://go-greenevents.com/resultsdetail/id/890" target="_blank">Michael&#8217;s Pizzerian Christmas Cruise Crossfit Challenge</a>:  28:37 &#8211; While running a 5K and performing various Crossfit challenges throughout, Randy finished 7th Overall.</p>
<p><strong>Eric Stone</strong>:  <a href="http://go-greenevents.com/resultsdetail/id/890" target="_blank">Michael&#8217;s Pizzerian Christmas Cruise Crossfit Challenge</a>:  29:15 &#8211; While running a 5K and performing various Crossfit challenges throughout, Eric finished 9th Overall.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Thanks to everyone on Team TYB for making 2012 a great season.  With LOTS of racing in the sport of triathlon from February through November, TYB Athletes had a great year!  With multiple Ironman races, first time Half Ironman, the Goofy Challenge, and to the first time triathletes, 2012 was a year filled with firsts from TYB Athletes.  Congratulations to all athletes!</p>
<p>And, looking forward to a great 2013 that is sure to be filled with more Ironman racing, Ultra Marathons, Goofy Challenge, Sprint Triathlons, and more!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This past weekend, TYB Athletes were busy racing in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina.  With Ironman Florida, two Half Marathons, and a speedy 5k, TYB Athletes had an excellent past weekend.  Check out the results below:</p>
<p><strong>Frankie Valle</strong>:  <a href="http://www.ironman.com/coverage/athlete-tracker.aspx?race=florida&amp;y=2012#axzz2BZCgUu96" target="_blank">Ironman Florida </a>- 11:42:48 &#8211; With a VERY solid and precise race, Frankie used a great swim, bike, and run to finish in 11:42 to finish with his fastest Ironman time!</p>
<p><strong>Lynn Gregory</strong>:  <a href="http://www.strictlyrunning.com/results/12GovCup.txt" target="_blank">Governors Cup Half Marathon </a>- 1:56:01 &#8211; Racing Governors Cup as a last minute long style workout and ran a great race to finish sub 2 hours and her fastest Half Marathon!</p>
<p><strong>Kristen Havird</strong>:  <a href="http://running.competitor.com/cgiresults?eId=45" target="_blank">Savannah Rock n Roll Half Marathon </a>- 2:05:11 &#8211; With a great lead up and staying injury free and had a great race to finish 2:05 at the Savannah Rock n Roll Half Marathon.</p>
<p><strong>Josh Masterson</strong>:  <a href="http://terrytimes.com/results/GWRFL5K12AWA.txt" target="_blank">Greenwood YMCA Run for Life 5K </a>- 17:44 &#8211; Coming off of a very solid race at the Spinx Half Marathon last weekend, Josh had a solid 5K this weekend to finish 1st Overall wtih a 17:44!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This past weekend, TYB Athletes again were busy racing up and down the Eastern side of the US as well as Michigan.  With a first time Half Ironman racing in Miami, the Marine Corps Marathon in Washington, D.C, the Spinx Half Marathon in Greenville, SC, the Wicked Halloween 10k in Michigan, and the Anderson Trojan 5k in Anderson, SC, TYB Athletes had a very busy weekend.  Check out below for more results:</p>
<p><strong>Bernie Kreisel</strong>:  <a href="http://www.ironman.com/triathlon/events/ironman-70.3/miami/results.aspx#axzz2AtBUhjtY" target="_blank">Miami 70.3</a> &#8211; 6:25:54 &#8211; Prepping for this race for months and months, Bernie went in with a time goal of breaking the 7 hour mark.  With a solid swim, a great ride, and a great run, Bernie not only broke the 7 hour mark easily, but put in a VERY solid showing going 6:25 in her FIRST Half Ironman.</p>
<p><strong>Josh Masterson</strong>:  <a href="http://go-greenevents.com/resultsdetail/id/733" target="_blank">Spinx Half Marathon </a>- 1:25:13 &#8211; After battling a few weeks of on and off sickness, Josh put together a GREAT race and beat his PR by over 5 minutes by running a 6:30 per minute mile pace and finishing 9th Overall out of over 1,500 at the Spinx Half Marathon.</p>
<p><strong>Lynn Gregory</strong>:  <a href="http://go-greenevents.com/resultsdetail/id/733" target="_blank">Spinx Half Marathon </a>- 2:03:22 - Running a very consistent and controlled race, Lynn had a great race and finished in 2:03.  Next up&#8230;Kiawah Island Half Marathon.</p>
<p><strong>Danielle Hastings</strong>: <a href="http://www.marathonguide.com/results/browse.cfm?MIDD=41121028&amp;Gen=B&amp;Begin=21011&amp;End=21110&amp;Max=23515" target="_blank">Marine Corps Marathon </a>- 5:52:41 &#8211; Continuing her quest to run a marathon in every state, Danielle, even though sick through the week, continued her impressive performance and still managed to break the 6 hour mark while sick at the Marine Corps Marathon.</p>
<p><strong>Dori Downey</strong>:  <a href="http://www.everalracemgt.com/results/full.php?2012/wicked-halloween-10k-2.html" target="_blank">Wicked Halloween 10K </a>- 41:42 &#8211; Racing in a solid 10k in her home state of Michigan, Dori had a solid race to finish in 41:42 for 2nd Place Overall!</p>
<p><strong>Scott Brooks</strong>:  <a href="http://terrytimes.com/results/ATC5K12AWA.txt" target="_blank">Anderson Trojan Challenge 5K </a>- 21:23 &#8211; Running in a Friday evening style race for a little speed work, Scott used a very quick first mile and ran a solid 21:23 to finish 3rd place Overall.</p>
<p><strong>Jason Williamson</strong>:  <a href="http://terrytimes.com/results/ATC5K12AWA.txt" target="_blank">Anderson Trojan Challenge 5K </a>- 23:22 &#8211; Again, just like Scott, using this a solid Friday evening speed workout, Jason ran a 23:22 for 1st Place Age Group and 7th place Overall.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This past weekend, TYB Athletes were literally racing throughout the globe.  With Terri Mahoney in New Zealand for the ITU World Triathlon Championships, Haley Gann on the coast of North Carolina racing at Beach 2 Battleship Half Ironman, and Bernie Kreisel on Hilton Head Island running the Hiltin Head Bridge Run, TYB Athletes had great races throughout the world!  Check out below for the results:</p>
<p><strong>Haley Gann</strong>:  <a href="http://www.setupevents.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=event_results&amp;id=3204" target="_blank">Beach 2 Battleship Half Ironman </a>- 7:51:48 &#8211; Showing an unbelievable amount of determination, Haley had a great swim and ride and then made it through the run with a knee injury causing her to have to walk after mile 3.  A great race for Haley to finish her first Half Ironman.</p>
<p><strong>Terri Mahoney</strong>:  <a href="http://www.triathlon.org/results/results/2012_itu_world_triathlon_grand_final_auckland/7911/" target="_blank">ITU World Triathlon Age Group Championships </a>- 1:21:35 &#8211; From New Zealand and living in Hilton Head, Terri used a chance to qualify for the World Championships last year in the states and then race for her home country of New Zealand at the ITU World Championships that past weekend.  With a solid swim and bike and a very fast run, Terri finish 16th in the always tough and deep F40-44 Age Group at the ITU World Triathlon Age Group Sprint Championships.</p>
<p><strong>Bernie Kreisel</strong>:  <a href="http://www.bearfootsports.com/results-hhi_bridge_10.htm" target="_blank">Hilton Head Bridge Run </a>- 50:22 &#8211; With a solid 10K last weekend at the Hilton Head Bridge Run to finish in 50:22 and 2nd Place Age Group, Bernie is ready to roll this weekend at Miami 70.3.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This past weekend, TYB Athletes raced throughout the Upstate of South Carolina.  With the last race in the South Carolian Triathlon Series, Hickory Knob Triathlon, on Saturday and Rev3 Anderson on Sunday, it was a busy, yet exciting weekend.  Check out the results below:</p>
<p><strong>Scott Brooks</strong>:  <a href="http://www.setupevents.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=event_results&amp;id=3191" target="_blank">Hickory Knob Sprint Triathlon </a>- 1:05:25 &#8211; With a strong swim, bike, and run, Scott finished 10th Overall and 1st in the M40-44.</p>
<p><strong>Greg Sorrow</strong>:  <a href="http://www.setupevents.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=event_results&amp;id=3191" target="_blank">Hickory Knob Sprint Triathlon </a>- 1:06:36 &#8211; Putting together a strong race, Greg had a solid swim and ride and used a great run to finish 15th Overall and 3rd in the M40-44.</p>
<p><strong>Ruthie Graham</strong>:  <a href="http://www.setupevents.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=event_results&amp;id=3192" target="_blank">Hickory Knob Sprint Triathlon </a>- 1:22:33 &#8211; Using a solid swim, bike, and run, Ruthie had a great race and finished 1st F40-44.</p>
<p><strong>Frankie Valle</strong>:  <a href="http://www.setupevents.com/files/HKnobIntermaleres2012.html" target="_blank">Hickory Knob International Triathlon </a>- 2:58:37 &#8211; Using this race as solid training workout for upcoming Florida, Frankie had a great race and is dialed in while placing 3rd M45-49.</p>
<p><strong>Brian Cheek</strong>:  <a href="http://rev3tri.com/anderson/results-5/2012-results/" target="_blank">Rev3 Anderson Half </a>- 5:01:13 &#8211; Even with swimming an extra 200 yards on the swim, Brian had a great race.  A solid swim followed by a nice and fast ride and finishing with a great run gave Brian a solid performance and placing 3rd in the M35-39.</p>
<p><strong>David Stein</strong>:  <a href="http://rev3tri.com/anderson/results-5/2012-results/" target="_blank">Rev3 Anderson Olympic </a>- 2:53:57 &#8211; After a very solid season, David used this race as an &#8220;A&#8221; race to end the season.  With a goal of sub 3 hours, David had a great race and easily reached his goal while finishing 1st Clydesdale by over 5 minutes.</p>
<p><strong>Lynn Gregory</strong>:  <a href="http://rev3tri.com/anderson/results-5/2012-results/" target="_blank">Rev3 Anderson Half Relay </a>[Run] - 2:01:12 &#8211; While anchoring her relay team on the half marathon, Lynn had a great run to finish right over 2 hours.  With lots of racing over the next few weeks, this was a great way to start.</p>
